If so, C&N is currently seeking a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Specialist for our team. As a BSA Specialist, you would be responsible for performing daily administration of the BSA compliance program. This includes monitoring potential suspicious activity, filing required reports and assisting in developing procedures and employee training to maintain an effective BSA program. Performing daily administration of the Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Program, which includes transactions monitoring, report review and research of possible suspicious activity and completing reporting associated with the activity, such as a currency transaction report (CTR).Monitoring compliance with all BSA related requirements and communicating with branch personnel to resolve deficiencies, which could entail monitoring completion of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) questionnaires and performing Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on higher risk accounts.Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs, sessions, and seminars to educate employees about Bank Secrecy Act related compliance requirements. Requirements:Education & Experience - You will need a bachelor's degree in a directly related field AND one 1-2 years of compliance related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.Skills - You should possess well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of thinking critically and assessing complex situations.
