Job Description:

Our client in Greenville, NC is seeking a seasonal bank teller to join their team as a Member Service Rep. The ideal candidate will have customer service, organization and time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Member Service Rep

**Location:** Greenville, NC

**Pay Range:** $15.00

**What's the Job?**

+ Processes all requests from members including, but not limited to, transfers, loan payments, withdrawls, check requests, line of credit advances, and address changes.

+ Communicates with members regarding transactions relating to their accounts.

+ Responds to member's concerns, problems, and complaints and/or directs them to the proper person for specific information and assistance.

+ Provides in-person and by-telephone general and specific-related information concerning services and policies.

+ Balances teller drawer daily including cash, checks, stamps, and tickets. Reports any discrepancies to the Branch Manager.

**What's Needed?**

+ High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred.

+ Minimum of 4 years of work experience in an accounting/banking/credit union role, including data entry, customer service, and problem resolution. Previous cash-handling experience preferred.

+ Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with knowledge of MS Office applications.

+ Notary Public or eligible for notary certification.

+ Ability to articulate ideas clearly (both written and orally), listen accurately, and establish personal rapport with people from a variety of backgrounds.
