This position provides a wide range of essential supportive administration duties to the Bank's Deposit Services team.

What are the key responsibilities?
* Enters data and makes changes on the bank's core processing system;
* Verifies customer information and ensures all documentation is in accordance with Bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements;
* Balances and reconciles various general ledger accounts by researching problems and correcting entries;
* Processes all types of legal order;
* Answers employee and customer inquiries and provides information related to deposit accounts;
* Assists with the Bank's collection efforts by maintaining and closing accounts due to adverse action; and,
* Enters and transmits data to the bank's third-party collection vendor;
What are the Required Qualifications?
Required:
* A high school diploma or equivalent;
* Moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills;
* Proficient analytical and mathematics skills;
* Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; and,
* Moderate computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Preferred:
* A working knowledge of the features and benefits of typical Bank products and services.
