Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with an AmLaw firm in its search for a highly skilled and motivated Banking and Finance Associate to join their team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience representing lenders in drafting commercial loan documents and closing commercial loans secured principally by personal property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research to support commercial lending transactions.
- Draft and review commercial loan documents, including loan agreements and security documents.
- Provide legal advice to clients on various aspects of commercial lending.
- Interface with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in representing lenders in commercial lending transactions.
- Proven experience in drafting commercial loan documents and closing commercial loans secured by personal property.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Excellent client interfacing and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
