Job Description
A varied role, as Banking & Finance Attorney/ Associate, you will:
- Work on a range of Banking & Finance matters including but not limited to lending, letters of credit, and other transaction materials. Draft, negotiate, and close domestic and international financial transactions.
- Have at least 5 years previous work in Banking & Finance Transaction matters.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of and interest in Uniform Commercial Code and Bankruptcy Code.
- Have prior experience in trade finance and/or fund finance (desirable).
The Successful Applicant
The successful Banking & Finance Attorney/ Associate will have demonstrable experience:
- JD
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 5 years+ Banking & Finance legal experience - Bankruptcy Code and UCC, lending, letters of credit, and other transaction materials for international and domestic financial transactions
- Mature, team-spirited, and customer-first approach - keen to develop and grow with the firm
- Candidates must be available to interview in late July/early August and be entitled to work in the US without sponsorship (now or in the future)

Competitive package available for the successful Banking & Finance Attorney/ Associate:
- Base salary: c. $180,000 - $205,000 PA (depending on experience)
