Apply for our Banking Center President position and let's build something great together.What You'll DoThe Banking Center President is responsible for operating an efficient and profitable banking center that consistently delivers high quality customer service. This includes developing and executing a strategy to meet loan and deposit growth goals, customer service objectives and compliance metrics. In this role you would be responsible for building and maintaining a commercial loan portfolio and for actively engaging in the local community, representing Rio Bank in a positive and professional manner.What We're Looking ForRequired
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Five (5) years of banking experience, including commercial lending and sales experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial institution operations and regulations; knowledge of financial ratios and accounting principles and the ability to analyze and evaluate complex financial information.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethical conduct, and client confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a large commercial loan portfolio.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
  • Proven sales ability, effective interpersonal skills, keen problem-solving skills and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of customers, colleagues, senior leadership and directors of the board.
  • Willingness to actively represent Rio Bank in the community.
  • Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid Driver's License.
Preferred
  • Commercial credit analyst experience.
  • Financial experience in a commercial banking setting.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking ability.
