Job Description:
The Washington Trust Company is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our Operations team located in Westerly, RI. This position will directly support all end users, actively contribute to project deliverables, and understand and set business priorities to ensure a high level of customer service.This position supports a hybrid on-site remote work scheduleResponsibilities:
  • Setup new deposit products and make required establish DNA configuration changes as approved by appropriate committees and business lines. Lead and document testing as required.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of DNA releases/updates, testing, and related communications. Review system release documentation to determine potential impacts.
  • Troubleshoot DNA and other Fiserv related product/system issues. Use Fiserv's service ticket system to log requests and problems, manage case workload. Assist various business lines with system related issues.
  • Process monthly statements and coordinate the scheduling of special system requests.
  • Add/remove DNA security authorizations in DNA system.
  • Add/remove employees in various Bank systems (WITS, LoansPQ, Fedline, various FIS systems, Positive Pay - Tellers, JackHenry)
  • Analyze and develop current and proposed DNA Datacenter procedures and forms for efficient and effective operations. Keep all policy, procedure, and other DNA related documents current Reviews printout of jobs for quality assurance and provide quality control oversight as designated.
  • Assist with the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning adherence.
  • Meet all compliance requirements (i.e. SOX , FDIC and audit).
Requirements:
  • 2+ year experience in bank operations or with DNA application/deposit products.
  • Strong PC skills: Basic to Intermediate level MS Office/PowerPoint and database management required.
  • Detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously and with accuracy.
  • Provide on-call support as needed related to releases, service level updates, and other system related changes. May require weekend statement processing at end of month.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and to seek resolutions to problems timely and efficiently.
