Position Overview: As a Personal Banker & Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of their customer experience. Your role is essential in delivering top-notch service, handling transactions with precision, and guiding customers to the right resources. What You'll Do:

  • Customer Transactions: Manage checking and savings deposits with accuracy, verify cash and endorsements, and issue receipts. Process savings withdrawals and cash checks, ensuring all transactions meet regulatory standards.
  • Account Services: Handle ATM/Debit card orders, check orders, and assist with online and mobile banking troubleshooting. Perform routine account maintenance and help customers navigate their accounts.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries about interest rates, service charges, and account histories. Direct customers to the right department for complex issues and provide expert guidance.
  • Money Handling: Count, roll, and manage loose coins, and buy/sell currency from the vault while maintaining drawer limits. Ensure drawer balances daily and manage check batching.
  • Fraud Prevention: Spot counterfeit currency and maintain high standards of security and accuracy.
