CTG is seeking a Document Review Specialist for our client in Amherst, NY.

Location: Amherst, NYDuration: 2 months

Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing documents, validating data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role is essential for supporting the bank's operational requirements and assisting both internal and external customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review documents for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Validate data in preparation for entry into a designated mainframe or computer system.
• Secure collateral properly for the bank.
• Assist internal and external customers with basic problem resolution.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy in documentation and data validation processes.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a high standard of compliance with banking regulations.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

• This position does not involve supervisory or managerial responsibilities.

Education and Experience Required:

• High School diploma or GED.
• One to two years of relevant work experience.

Education and Experience Preferred:

• Associate's degree.
• Two to three years of office experience.

• Data entry proficiency

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
