Robinson+Cole, a Vault “Top Ranked” Am Law 200 firm, seeks an associate with three to five years of experience to join the Bankruptcy and Reorganizations Practice Group in its Wilmington, DE office.
Robinson+Cole's nationally-recognized Bankruptcy and Reorganizations team works extensively on insolvency-related matters for debtors, committees, and creditors, including banks and other financial institutions, individual lenders, syndicated lending groups, institutional investors, vendors, and landlords. Our clients include hedge funds, private equity funds, acquirers of assets from financially distressed companies, real estate and equipment lessors, special servicers, equity holders, and franchisees. We have extensive, in-depth experience innovating and implementing strategies for the modern bankruptcy practice.
We are seeking a candidate with superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large firm or equivalent bankruptcy experience to join our fast-paced practice. Experience with the Delaware Chancery Court is beneficial, though not required. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
