As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for professionally preparing, mixing, and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for our guests, including service from a cart when necessary. These services are to be fulfilled in a vibrant yet warm manner that really sets the vibe of the service location. The successful candidate will have exceptional knowledge of drink preparation and will orchestrate an energy that is welcoming and fun. With guest satisfaction of the utmost importance, he/she will take pride in offering a diverse and creative drink menu while being able to provide respectful, consistent, and friendly conversation in a luxury setting. The candidate must thrive in a fast paced and high volumed work environment. Previous bartender experience in a full-service resort is preferred. Qualifications
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledgeable in beer, wine and liquors.
- Experience in high volume venues.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- TB Clearance and Food Handlers certification required.
