BANQUET MANAGER
The Sheraton Greensboro Hotel at Four Seasons/Joseph S. Koury Convention Center, the largest hotel and convention center in the Southeast, is currently seeking an organized, efficient Banquet Manager.
This position will:
- Manage the daily functions of a very busy Banquet Department
- Handle the logistics of working with clients and staff in a very busy environment
- Multi task and handle multiple functions simultaneously
- Direct a large banquet staff in order to provide a high-quality guest experience.
- Work with Sales and Convention Services team members to ensure that client specifications are met
Qualifications:
- Must have prior banquet management background in a large hotel or catering company setting.
- Should have experience with a facility with a minimum of 50,000 square feet of meeting space.
- Excellent people and communication skills along with strong attention to detail are essential
- Must have excellent leadership ability to work with a very large staff
