Description:Please use this link to complete an application on our Company Career Page: Come join us at one of our premier catering venues as a Banquet Prep Cook!Position: Banquet Prep CookJob Duties and Responsibilities:-Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies-Prepare and cook food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces and dressings, recording items that are running low)-Clean up station, wrap and put away food not used.-Organize and clean all food preparation areas.-Ensure that all foods and prepared items are maintained at the highest quality during the preparing, cooking and presentation.-Maintain consistency of all foods with great attention quality, taste and presentation. -Comply with all nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously at schedule time.-Assist co-workers to ensure a timely and smooth service.-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.-Maintain a positive and professional approach with your coworkers and guests-Perform additional duties and follow instructions, as requested by supervisor(s) and/or manager(s).
