This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a competitive benefits package.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales plans to generate new banquet and wedding businessProspect for new clients and develop relationships with key decision-makersConduct tours and meetings with prospective clients to present the banquet and wedding facilities and servicesNegotiate and close contracts with clientsWork with clients to plan their events, including menus, seating arrangements, décor, and audiovisual needsCoordinate with other restaurant/banquet departments to ensure that events are executed smoothly and that clients are satisfiedTrack and report on banquet and wedding sales performanceEvening and weekend work required when neededQualifications and Requirements2-3 years of experience in banquet or wedding salesExcellent sales and customer service skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banquet sales softwareSalary$70-100k plus (based on experience) Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
