What you will be doing...
You will be providing exemplary service based our Hilton standards to guests during events. You are responsible for setting room with linen, silver and other banquet equipment necessary for each function. You are also responsible for the breaking down of the function once complete. You will be constantly in motion and often communicating between guests, kitchen and other staff members. Strong communication and the ability to interact in a professional manner at all times is necessary.
Who you will be working with...
Most often you will be working with a team that ensures that all aspects of the function go smoothly. While at other times, you may be working alone for a function with little or no direct supervision.
Job Requirements:
.. Prior server experience is preferred but will train the right person.
.. Must have excellent communication and hospitality skills.
.. A flexible schedule is necessary for this position, including ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Compensation: 6.38 plus tips
