As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in creating and establishing a comfortable, engaging, and relaxing dining experience for our members and guests.Job Description:The Banquet Server is responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests during their dining experience. This includes creating a welcoming atmosphere, promptly attending to guest requests, preparing and delivering food and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining environment. As a Banquet Server, you will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service skills and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our members and guests.Responsibilities:
- Advise supervisor of any complaints to ensure immediate resolution
- Always wear appropriate uniform and maintain personal cleanliness
- Attend pre-shift meetings as requested
- Ensure prompt and courteous service
- Refill workstations at the end of every shift
- Greet arriving patrons in a pleasant manner
- Participate in the continuous cleaning and upkeep of the facilities
- Serve food and beverage items that meet strict standards
- Stand and walk for up to five hours without sitting
- Push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 pounds
- Work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the service or golf industry, or a strong desire to gain such experience
- A strong work ethic and a team-oriented can-do attitude
- A passion for the Food & Beverage and/or Golf industry
