The Atlantic Oceanside Hotel & Event Center is looking for a personable and dependable individual to join our exceptional Events team!
As a Banquet Server, you will set tables and decor, serve and interact with guests, and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attending rehearsal dinners, weddings, and other catered events. As a Banquet Server, you will be a part of this team on a part-time seasonal, on call basis; this position does not include housing. Weekends, nights, and holiday availability is required, as those are the most popular event times.

Banquet Server Responsibilities, Requirements, & Skills:
- Set tables and decor prior to events.
- Serve food- both from buffets and table service.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests.
- Buss tables.
- Clean event rooms following the event.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking and carrying heavy trays.
- Must be able to work early mornings, late night, weekends, and unpredictable hours- including the potential for holidays.
