- Responsible for setup and breakdown of all meetings and events. Position will work in both an indoor and outdoor setting and require ability to work in extreme temperatures. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, moving and arranging of banquet equipment, tables, chairs, furniture, etc., refreshing meeting rooms, removal of trash, placing and changing linens, organization and maintenance of in-house equipment. Must be able to follow written instructions and detailed diagrams to setup events. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs, and be able to push, pull, bend and move continuously as this is a manual labor position.
- Cleaning: Clean banquet rooms, hallways, storage areas, and service areas. Preparing meeting rooms for guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness. This includes vacuuming, cleaning doors, baseboards, walls, air walls, and other assigned areas.
- Set up and tear down: Set up tables, transport tables and equipment, and tear down and clean banquet spaces after events.
- Equipment: Maintain the condition of banquet equipment and ensure it is stored safely and organized.
- Customer service: Respond to guest requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
