Your focus will be on working alongside the Executive Chef to revitalize the banquet offerings which range from intimate, upscale dinner parties to corporate functions for several hundred. Use your talents to help execute on a higher level and use your leadership skills to inspire and develop team.

Please have a minimum of 5 years experience as a sous chef with exposure to quality, high volume banquets with a Resort, Hotel or Conference Center.
