  • Sets up bars with beverages and condiments prior to opening the bar.
  • Cleans equipment, glasses and utensils and the bar area on a continuing basis.
  • Replenishes supplies as necessary and disposes of waste materials.
  • Unloads and stacks supplies for storage. Prepares simple garnishes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements Conditions of Employment
  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Must be willing to accept a varying or rotating shift to include nights, weekends, and holidays (this business operates from Tuesday to Friday, 6:00pm-11:30pm and Saturday, 6:00pm-12:30am).
  • Medical Examination is required. Regularly lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • The Dual Compensation guidelines DO NOT apply to this position. All GS and NAF employees whether full time or part time are eligible to apply for this position.
  • This position is eligible to receive gratuities (tips) based on the type of event(s) and performance.
Qualifications1. No work experience required.2. Candidates must be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds.Skill and Knowledge: Recognizes shortages of supplies and replaces them as necessary. Ability to use knives and automatic slicers. FWS Allowances and Differentials
  • This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position.
  • All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee.
