- An exceptional customer service attitude
- Proven cash-handling experience with the ability to mentally calculate purchases and make change
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- TABC and Food Handlers licenses (will be required to have both licenses before you can start working with us)
- A love of Texas, Gruene Hall and music – especially Americana

Still a small business at heart, we pride ourselves on preserving historic Texas properties and culture. Our 10 brick-and-mortar locations are sprinkled throughout San Antonio and New Braunfels. Gristmill, Mozie's, Cantina Del Rio, Grapevine, Gruene Hall, Cotton Eyed Joes, The Company Store, Gruene Antique Company are in Historic Gruene, Texas. Down on Grayson and Josephine St. are in San Antonio's vibrant Pearl District.
