Duluth Coffee Company has been in downtown Duluth for over a decade. We've established ourselves as the specialty coffee stop of Duluth. We have a small team who operate independently with an aligned farmer focused philosophy. It's our mission to improve the lives of everyone; from coffee's origins to the cup. We do this through sourcing, roasting and crafting coffee with integrity and intentionality.
Baristas must have a passion for coffee and customer service experience is required. They're required to be on their feet for 8hrs, engage with customers and expand their understanding of coffee.
Weekend availability is a must, and most shifts start early in the morning, but are done by 4pm.
