Role Description
We are seeking a versatile and energetic Kitchen Member to join our team. The ideal candidate should have cafe/restaurant experience in preparing sandwiches, making a variety of coffee beverages, and providing exceptional customer service. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to cleanliness and punctuality are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble English muffin sandwiches to our high-quality standards.
- Brew and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area.
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or café setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent punctuality and timeliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
