Responsibilities

• The barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers
• They must be knowledgeable about different types of coffee and tea, as well as various preparation methods
• The role requires excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers
• Explain the different types of coffee and tea and their preparation methods to customers
• Grind and brew coffee, and prepare other ingredients for drinks
• Maintain clean and organized work area, including equipment and utensils
• Keep track of inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and courteously
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and menu items
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food and beverage preparation and service
