Coworking Solution LLC owns two Coffeehouse type brands and is looking to open a DC location. The company operates by partnering with independent operators to operate certain business operations in its brands. This model allows for aspiring small business owners to run their own business in a low risk environment with little to no up front capital. It also allows the small business to grow as new opportunities arise within Coworking Solutions.

Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Barista with an opportunity for business ownership located in Washington, DC. The Barista will be responsible for running day to day operations including serving customers, working with vendors, hiring staff and managing the business end of the operation.

This is a tremendous opportunity for someone who wants to run their own cafe business without putting up the start up capital. The successful barista must be entrepreneurial, creative, and have some experience in running a business. The selected individual would have % ownership or complete ownership in the operation.

• Able to run an espresso bar, hire/train baristas
• Dependable and responsible business operator
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and good business and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Food Safety Certified
• Expert in coffee culture and experience
• Experienced in food service
