What started as a pandemic pop-up is now a permanent establishment, with a newly opened cocktail bar, and looking for experienced baristas! Because thisis a new and evolving business, an ideal candidate is comfortable navigating a changing environment while providing quality hospitality and making incredible drinks. A Guevaras barista role includes:
* Delivering hospitality and appropriate customer service to all guests
* Consistently steaming milk correctly for texture and temperature
* Effectively dialing in throughout the day, maintaining quality for espresso, drip, and iced
* Competent in breaking down and cleaning espresso machine
* Keep machine/station tidy throughout day
* Keep station stocked and be vocal about low inventory
* Consistently following recipes and best practices
* Taking out trash and recycling on regular basis
* Food menu memorized, able to reference allergy sheet
* Receiving deliveries, unpacking boxes, putting things away
* Fronting and stocking retail items
* Bussing tables and running food
* Following up-to-date state, city, and company COVID protocol
* Completing daily checklists in their entirety
* Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours, walking indoors and outdoors to run food/drinks, lifting 10-15lbs
