**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Bathhouse is seeking an experienced Bartender/Barista (Part-time) to join our restaurant team. The primary responsibilities of the Bartender/Barista are to make and serve beverages such as coffee, Tea, juices and specialty cocktails. This role is an integral part of the restaurant team at Bathhouse, responsible for making and serving beverages and taking customer orders. Our immediate primary need is open availability which would include weekdays and weekends for both morning and evening shifts.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages .
* Run food to tables when needed.
* Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment.
* Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
* Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
**DESIRED SKILLS**
* Experience: Barista and tending bar, 6 to 12 months (preferred)
* Education: High school or equivalent (preferred)
* Able to physically stand, bend, squat and lift up to 30 lbs.
* Be an organized thinker with the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Must be reliable and professional. Attendance policy is strictly observed.
* Ability to work independently and be a team and a team player.
**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**
* Job Type: 3-4 days a week. 8-hour shifts. Weekend availability required.
* Pay: $10 per hour plus tips
* Free unlimited admission to the Bathhouse with a plus one.
