- Drink Preparation: Accurately prepare beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, following recipes to ensure consistency and minimize waste.
- Guest Service: Provide outstanding service with a welcoming and friendly attitude, ensuring guests feel valued and enjoy their time with us.
- Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Alcohol Compliance: Uphold company and legal guidelines for the responsible service of alcohol to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current ServSafe or Food Handler's Permit is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry items such as beverage cases, glassware, and supplies (up to 30 pounds).
