Location Description:Welcome to Pine Mountain Ski & Golf Resort, featuring our Upper Peninsula Premium 4-star all-season destination located in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Located less than 3 miles from Ford Airport and US route 2 you will enjoy easy access to numerous activities including top rated skiing with miles of some of the best groomed ski runs in the Midwest for every level of skier and snowboarding.
Overview:The Bartender will set up and prepare bars for the restaurants, and banquet functions. The Bartender will also be responsible for all beverage inventories, cost, requisitioning of beverages, the service of quality alcoholic & nonalcoholic beverages and maintaining the bar, as well as clear and tear down bars at the end of the function.
This is a Full-time position.
Weekend availability preferred.
Set up bar to include proper glassware for beverages offered, requisition beverages needed for length of time of function, gather mixers needed and prepare garnishes when needed, proper signage and bank when needed.
Make all drinks for guests and service staff in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized work environment.
Proper maintaining of inventories and costing concerning all beverage products.
Two years food and beverage experience preferred, in high volume facility.
Excellent customer service skills.
Friendly and outgoing personality. Likes to talk to people.
