Bartender (level 1, Professional) Salary Commensurate with experience Tip Income: Yes Schedule: Full Time seasonal Role: You will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced environment providing unparalleled service to our resort guests. Demonstrating genuine hospitality and delivering exceptional guest services in the bar area are key. Duties: Take customer orders in a friendly and timely manner Mix drinks using a range of ingredients, knowledge of different types of liquors and drink recipes a must Collect money and process orders using the POS system Comply with all state and local food and beverage regulations Clean all bar surfaces to maintain a safe and sanitary environment Come up with unique happy hour ideas Craft special cocktails for bar marketing Take orders for food, deliver food orders to bar customers Take bar inventory and place reorders Be a team player, go above and beyond expectations Additional Requirement: Ability to communicate intelligently with a wide range of guests from all over the country who are highly educated and successful.
