- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

- Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certifications:
- TABC Certification for serving alcohol.
- Texas Food Handlers Certification.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, move at a rapid pace, bend, twist, and lift products weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Frequent exposure to varying temperatures (cooler/freezer and kitchen area).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a restaurant preferred.
- Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
