Responsibilities:- Greet customers and take their drink and food orders- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails- Check identification to verify legal drinking age- Maintain a clean and organized bar area- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns- Upsell additional food and beverage items- Process payments using cash register or POS system- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulationsExperience:- Previous experience as a bartender in the food service industry is required- Knowledge of mixing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages- Strong time management skills to handle multiple drink orders simultaneously- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and ability to perform basic math calculations- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner- Sales skills to promote specials, upsell, and increase revenuePlease note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
