Compensation:$2.13 hourly + tips
Responsibilities:- Prepare craft cocktails and mixed drinks tailored to customers' preferences and specified recipes
- Inform customers about current drink specials and menu offerings
- Stay well-informed about spirits, liquors, and beers to offer expert advice on drink selection and construction
- Enforce all health and safety guidelines, particularly those related to alcohol, and ensure team members comply with regulations
- Maintain a tidy and organized bar area, including replenishing alcohol supplies as needed
Qualifications:- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Food service experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to mix, garnish, and prepare drinks according to recipe and customer order
