Position Summary:Responsible for providing high-quality beverage service to guests while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take beverage orders
- Mix drinks according to property standards and guest preferences
- Check IDs to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Manage bar inventory and submit purchase requests as needed
- Serve food items in the lounge area when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped bar area
- Assist servers with food and beverage service
- Perform opening and closing duties efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience required
- Strong knowledge of mixology
- OLCC license and food handler's card
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability to work any day and hour
- Physical ability to carry trays and balance plates
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Skill in working under pressure and multitasking

Physical Requirements:
6-8 hours: Standing/Walking
3-6 hours: Lifting/Carrying (up to 50 lbs.), Crouching/Bending/Stooping, Reaching, & Grasping
1-3 hours: Pushing/Pulling
Up to 1 hour: Sitting & Climbing Stairs
