  • Keeping and maintaining designated bar area stocked with necessary items for shift
  • Serve drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area
  • Adheres to proper alcohol handling sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all beverage items
  • Ability to properly prepare drink request and learn current menu items
  • Welcome guests, present menus, and dining specials, and offer suggestions based on customer preferences
  • Take guest orders, accurately enter tickets into system, and coordinates with kitchen staff to clarify any special requests
  • Serve all food and beverage items per established procedures
  • Execute cashiering responsibilities and deliver check to guests

  • Possesses a commitment and eagerness to provide excellent customer service
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or previous related experience and/or training
  • Current on applicable food handling or alcohol server certifications as required by law
  • Ability to learn quickly established procedures, menu items, wine lists, etc.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings as business demands
  • Exceptional member and customer service skills with the ability to develop and uphold relationships with members
  • Organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and uphold a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service
