Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation that follows Torchy's recipes.What you'll be doing:* Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.* Cocktail Preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy's recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.* Menu Knowledge: Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.* Service Excellence: Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need.* Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.* Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.QUE-SO…here's what you'll need:* No experience required.* A current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).* Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.* Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.* Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.* Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.Let's TACO 'bout why it pays to be a Torchy's Team Member:* $11.40/Hour, plus tips* Never again wait for a paycheck!
