Must be minimally 21 years old.Example of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following):* Give prompt, pleasant, courteous and efficient service.* Utilize alcohol awareness training at all times while acknowledging all guests with a prompt and friendly greeting* Anticipate all guest's needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.* Verify legal drinking age of guests.* Complete all side work duties and ensure work area is prepared for succeeding shift.* Maintain cleanliness behind bar.* Offer a unique service while sustaining a level of professionalism that encourages guests to return.* Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.* Perform all other tasks that may be assigned in the future.Qualifications: High school diploma/GED preferred. Prior bartending experience required. Must be minimally 21 years of age.Certificate/License: Level 3 Occupational Illinois Gaming Board License; Illinois Alcohol Awareness Certification required; Bartender's certification preferred.
