As a Server, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You'll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Welcome guests with a warm smile and seat them comfortably.
- Take precise orders for food and beverages, accurately inputting them into our POS system.
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to the right tables, ensuring each guest's needs are met.
- Proactively anticipate guests' requirements and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
- Maintain tables impeccably, from setting them up to clearing them efficiently.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Enhance the dining experience by recommending menu items and beverages.
- Process payments accurately and adhere to cash handling procedures diligently.
- Uphold stringent safety, sanitation, and food handling standards to ensure a hygienic environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural flair for interacting with people.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
