Direct ReportBase Camp LeadEmployee Profile and Desired Traits High level emotional intelligenceActive in team dynamics, conflict prevention/resolution, and identifying customer needsCheerful attitude and servant leadership dispositionDedicated customer service and people orientedAdaptability in a fast-paced environment with ability to learn and develop hard and soft skillsAbility to interact with men and women of all ages and maturity levels of staff/customers Duties & Responsibilities Assist Base Camp Lead with campsite operations including cleaning, stocking, and preparation for participants and customersEnsure work and customer areas are clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safeEnsure facilities and equipment are left clean and in good repair by both participants and staffPower wash shower houses, sanitize, and stock with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.Help clean and maintain all facilities and camping equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work areaOther duties as assigned by SBR leadershipAbide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook Qualifications & Training 18 years of age or olderAbility to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordinationAble to obtain SBR driving permit during orientationBe or become a registered member of Scouting America Performance Results Attend shift work on a needed basisParticipate in meetings with Manager for communication and preparedness Physical Requirements Up to 8 hours a day of either standing, walking, driving, hiking, and the ability to lift 70 lbs.Can pass the physical exam and approved for SBR height and weight requirements UniformSummit staff uniformHousing10x12' Platform Tent; Staff CampExpected Weekly Hours45 - 55#J-18808-Ljbffr
