Our mission and purpose is serving our customers with safe and rapid medical services to save lives.Your day to day as a Base Clinical ManagerAs the Base Clinical Manager at Survival Flight in Cushing, Oklahoma, you will play a critical role in directly supervising clinical staff and overseeing daily operations within the assigned area. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing staffing schedules, identifying personnel and systems concerns, and working collaboratively with leadership to develop action plans for resolution. It is essential that you maintain full-time flight status to ensure operational efficiency and readiness.In this key position, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and make a significant impact on the delivery of high-quality patient care.What you need to be successfulTo excel in the role of Base Clinical Manager at Survival Flight in Cushing, Oklahoma, candidates must possess a current Oklahoma RN or Paramedic license/certification (or compact) along with a minimum of 3 years of critical care experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
