Base Managment Lead

* Lidera la gestin completa de la base de clientes: segmentos, revenue por perfil o producto, costos, arpu, permanencia, para poder gestionar y rentabilizar la base.

* Responsable de Kpis como: % Retencin, Churn de la base, % de calce sobre la base, base descalzada %, entre otros

* Definir estrategias para segmentar y/o priorizar la base segn: ARPU, Permanencia, rangos de precios por velocidad, segn la estrategia de la empresa.

* Gestionar el Gross Margen de los productos de la Base: descuentos de retencin por segmento y matriz de beneficios segn tipo de cliente, tericos vrs reales segn segmento o producto

* Lidera el cambio de precios anual.

* Lidera la estrategia de cluster de precios para estandarizar el mismo en la base de clientes.

* Lidera el proceso de aumento de velocidad de la base, coordinacin con otros equipos, comunicacin, etc.

* Coordinar el 360 del proceso de producto de migracin y retencin gestionar con los equipos que participan en el proceso, y los canales que implementan para su correcta ejecucin.

* Asegurar la correcta implementacin de los productos a la base, dar soporte a los canales en su implementacin, definir la comunicacin para los clientes con el fin de que se cumpla lo que el regulador solicita y se lleve a cabo un proceso exitoso de cambio.

* Lidera la segmentacin de las bases de clientes de B2C independiente de la tecnologa, segn afinidades geogrficas, consumo, segmento de edades, encontrando oportunidades de negocio de cross o upsell, utilizando los productos de la empresa

* Lidera el proceso completo de desarrollo, y lanzamiento de productos nuevos desde la configuracin de productos, polticas, planes y promociones para clientes actuales y empleados.

* Persigue la simplificacin de oferta comercial para la base actual de suscriptores, con el fin de minimizar el portafolio de productos y su respectiva administracin Lidera internamente la coordinacin de un equipo interdisciplinario de trabajo (Factory, service delivery, finanzas, fidelizacin, servicio al cliente) para que la oferta de clientes existentes tenga mejores condiciones que la de captura (Gross),

* Crear y parametriza la matriz de retencin y/o fidelizacin de clientes

* Buscar oportunidades de reduccin de costos en grillas con el fin de buscar ahorros anuales, para ello debe medir el impacto en churn.

* Lidera la salida o entrada de canales a las grillas de TV que tienen la base de clientes y su proceso correcto con el regulador buscando minimizar los impactos de marca, reputacin, etc que pueda traer.
