Job Summary: Base Operators will have the primary responsibility of recording all work orders and incidents for all internal and external guests of Philips Arena in accordance with company policies and procedures. The base operator will be responsible for gathering the: who, what, when, where, and how of every incident into ISS 24/7 incident management software. Also, the base operator is responsible for completing all reports prior to leaving the event.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Receive and screen all radio communication, text messages, and phone calls, while providing accurate information for dispatching the appropriate department(s).
- Possess the ability to multi-task in stressful environments while maintaining a professional work ethic and appearance.
- Proficiency with basic office systems such as phones, Microsoft Office, radios, and ISS 24/7 Software.
- Record call data into ISS 24/7 incident management software.
- Establishes, cultivates, and maintains effective relationships with management, peers, outside agencies, and subordinates
Qualifications:- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High School diploma or higher required.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Excellent written communication skills pertaining to legal documentation of incidents
- No previous criminal convictions and ability to pass a background check.
