ENT opening in upstate NY to replace a busy provider who is leaving. You will work out of a 10,000 sq ft practice, have a three year contract with longer terms available for larger loan repayment. This is a four day / forty hour work week with thirty six direct patient care hours in office and OR. Practice details include:
- Base salary of $450,000 (could be more for desired candidates)
- 6800 wRVU target, $60 per wRVU in excess of target
- 20 paid days off annually
- Up to 6 holidays annually
- Up to 5 CME days annually / $4,000 annual reimbursement (may be more if allergy certified)
- Up to $25,000 sign-on/relocation assistance
- Up to $24,000 educational loan assistance available / assistance with DANY application
