As a Batch Maker, youll be at the heart of our production process, meticulously mixing and preparing raw materials to bring our formulas to life. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that every batch meets our high standards of consistency and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ **Precision Mixing** : Measure and mix raw materials according to precise formulas.

+ **Equipment Operation** : Safely and efficiently operate state-of-the-art mixing equipment.

+ **Process Monitoring** : Keep a close eye on mixing processes, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality.

+ **Workplace Organization** : Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

+ **Safety and Quality Compliance** : Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines to protect yourself and your team.

+ **Data Recording** : Accurately record and report production data to help us track our success.

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position located in Lakewood, New Jersey.

**Pay & Shift**

+ **Shifts Available** :

+ **3rd Shift** : 11pm - 7:30am, Sunday night to Thursday night

+ **Weekend A Shift** : 7am - 7pm, Must work Saturday and Sunday and then can pick any other day of the week for the 3rd day (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours)

+ **Compensation** : $25 per hour, paid weekly

+ **Contract to Hire** : With benefits offered, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan
