The individual will be blending chemicals with a range of hazard ratings, so the ability to follow safety procedures and wear the proper personal protective equipment is extremely important. The individual must maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. The Blending Operator must be able to follow batch sheet instructions and perform associated inventory transactions. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, eager to learn, and demonstrate good attention to detail.What You Will Do:.
- Blending batches of liquids and powders following batch picking sheets
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
- Work safely with chemicals with varying hazard ratings
- Pulling and organizing materials necessary to produce finished batches
- Performing inventory transactions in SYSPRO to ensure chemicals are allocated properly and inventory is accurate
- Safely operate a forklift to get materials necessary to perform duties

What You Will Bring:
- High School Diploma
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting, a plus.
- Extended periods of standing.
- Frequently lifts and moves items weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Must have good listening and interpersonal communications skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Must be able to safely operate a forklift
