  • Shift Differential | up to $1.00/hour

How you will make an impact: As a Bath Aide at Northfield Retirement Community, you will have the ability to connect with older adults one-on-one embracing a person-centered approach, treating every individual with unwavering dignity. You will assist Resident Assistants in caring for our residents, including assisting them with tasks of daily living such as getting dressed, showering, using the bathroom, and eating; as well as more healthcare related tasks like checking vital signs and medication administration. Schedule varies: Both part-time and full-time positions available. Schedules include working alternating weekends and some holidays. What you will need:

  • Prior nursing or medical experience is required
  • Must be 16 years or older to apply
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
  • Must be able to pass MN Background Check
