You go out into the field to service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial forklift batteries and chargers. With your outstanding customer service skills, you keep customers informed about the work being done and notify them of any additional costs involved. You also communicate with other team members to ensure expert service. Your favorite part of the job is seeing the appreciative smile on each client's face after you solve their forklift battery and/or charger problems.QUALIFICATIONS
- Mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical
