Some of your Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities include: - Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
- Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
- Medication administration
- Following infection control, emergency, andother center policies
- Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinaryteam to provide the best outcomes
- Identifying and reporting all abnormal changesin residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy
Registered Nurse (RN) QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the State
- CPR Certification required
- One Year prior nursing experience preferred
