Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Sunflower Development Center in Raynham, MA. The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education, guiding and supporting RBTs.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• BCBA certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Massachusetts LABA
