BCBA Clinical SupervisorWe are seeking a passionate, collaborative, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team of professionals as we serve the community by providing center-based clinical interventions.Responsibilities and Duties of BCBA Include:
- Intake observation and assessment of new clients
- Design and oversee ABA-based programming for clients
- Meet regularly with clients, families, and treatment team members to discuss service plan progress and behavior intervention strategies
- Develop and update Individualized Service Plans using person centered and data-driven practices
- Oversee data collection and analysis to maximize treatment effectiveness
- Conduct ongoing staff training and oversight to include weekly 1:1 meetings with staff and regular on-site supervision
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians, including supporting with needed BACB assessments for RBT certifications
- Lead a team by assisting with training/development, to include Performance Evaluations and Employee Coaching protocol
- Prepare schedules for clients, families, and staff to ensure effective treatment hours
- Following assessments, prepare and submit authorization requests to clients' insurance
- Ensure to follow the guidelines and criteria for ABA in accordance with BACB, DMAS, and all client insurances
- Maintain BCBA credential by following BACB criteria and needed re-certifications
Qualifications: Must be a BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, in good standing with the BACB. Management experience a plus. LBA-eligible or current LBA necessary.Other Job and Training Requirements
